As every single CaboodleIt creation is custom made-to-order especially for your special day, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an item is crafted. Please contact us with any issues or questions, we are always here to help ensure everything is just right for your celebration!

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt along with any supporting photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional
cost to you.

Planning for Your Event
Our standard lead time is 5-6 working days from order placement to delivery.
We strongly recommend:

• Ordering well in advance of your celebration date
• Allowing extra time to inspect your order upon arrival
• Checking all items immediately when they arrive
  

This ensures you have time to contact us if any issues arise and allows us to provide a
replacement before your event.

Express Shipping

Need your order urgently? We offer express shipping for those who need something urgent for a loved one for this service please contact us on info@caboodle.it.com

Please note: Express orders placed outside our standard 5-6 day lead time are dispatched at your own risk. While we will make every effort to print and dispatch your order promptly, once it leaves our facility, delivery timings are in the hands of our courier partners. We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on last-minute express orders where delivery times fall outside our standard lead times.
