All Caboodle It products are custom made-to-order specifically for your celebration. Due to the bespoke nature of our items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on standard orders.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt along with any supporting photographs and your order number. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Please note: Express orders placed outside our standard 5-6 day lead time are dispatched at your own risk. While we will make every effort to print and dispatch your order promptly, once it leaves our facility, delivery timings are in the hands of our courier partners.
